要約(日本語): 社会と経済のグローバル化によって貿易の拡大し、国際標準化の重要性がますます高まっている。筆者らは、従来より１１００ｋV送電を中心に、送電配電分野において日本の技術を国際標準とする活動を進めている。2012年から2013年にかけての活動のトピックを紹介する。送電配電に関するセクターボドSB1が解散し、諮問委員会ACTADが2011年にIECに発足した。将来ビジョンや関連専門委員会間の調整を行っている。UHV関連の規格化に関する戦略グループSG2は2012年を目標とした交流関連の規格化が最終段階となった。

要約(英語): Last one year activities in IEC, International Electrotechnical Commission, related to electric power transmission and distribution systems were introduced. ACTAD, Advisory Committee for Electricity Transmission and Distribution, held 2 meetings in 2012, at Singapore and Paris. The activities have been developed in the TC Coordination Map, the Future T&D Vision and the revision of Guide 111. The ACTAD Asian members meeting was held twice and contributed to strengthen a corporation within Asian members. At the review of ACTAD by SMB on October 2012 some deliverables were introduced. Strategic Groups (SG) 2 promoted to establish a new TC on the system aspect of UHV AC systems.
