要約(日本語): 近年，固定価格買取制度に代表される再生可能エネルギーの利用促進政策が実施されている．しかしながら，現行制度では再生可能エネルギーによる発電機を持つ事業者に，不確実性をもつ発電量の出力制御は義務付けられていないため，導入割合が増加すると電力系統の安定運用が困難となる．この問題を解決するため，本研究では，出力の不確実性を考慮した売電価格に関する新たな制度設計の検討を行う．

要約(英語): In the current Feed-in Tariff system, PV operators are not required to control the output. However, if PV systems are mass installed to power system, it is difficult to operate the power system stable. We propose a new system to overcome the problem in consideration of uncertainty.
