要約(日本語): 平成23年度～25年度に実施した環境省委託事業において、風力発電の導入に向けた検討に資することを目的に、過去20年間の気象シミュレーションに基づいて全国の風況マップを整備した。風況変動のリスク評価にも役立つよう、20年間の風速の平均値のみならず風速の年変動幅についても解析しデータ化した。また、風向の状況も一目で把握できるよう、風向別の風速出現頻度の解析も行い、風配図として可視化した。

要約(英語): The countrywide wind atlas usable for investigation of wind power generation construction was developed based on the numerical weather simulation of the past 20 years.This wind atlas includes the range of variations in the annual wind speed and the frequencies of winds according to 16 directions. This is the outcome of a series of projects commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment in FY 2011 to FY 2013.
