要約(日本語): 本稿では周波数制御機能を搭載した太陽光発電(PV)と搭載していないPVの共存について述べる。周波数制御機能を搭載したPVが搭載していないPVの予測発電量と実際発電量により生じるアンバランス分を吸収するため発電量に不公平が生じる。そこで経済的に公平性を考慮した確立手法について提案する。その結果，周波数制御機能を搭載するPVと搭載しないPVの売電単価による値差を用いることで経済的公平性を確立することができた。

要約(英語): In this paper, aim at the coexistence of photovoltaic power generation (PV) equipped with frequency control in the power system and PV not equipped with frequency control, and describe the establishment of the fairness accordingly. As a result, it has been confirmed that fairness is achieved by considering the economics.
