要約(英語): In general, network enhancement planning of sub-transmission system and distribution system is considered separately, however, considering the coordination between T&D systems, it may be possible to find more economical facility investments. This paper presents a planning approach for the optimal investments to sub-transmission system and distribution system, and the beneficial impact of considering coordinated T&D operations is evaluated from aspects of supply reliability and economics.
