要約(英語): We prepared tin added phosphate glass, and investigated the effect of tin addition and humidity on transmittance and electrical properties of samples. It was found that improvement of transmittance and moisture proof. Electrical resistance increased by increasing of added amount of tin in samples, and electrical resistance decreased by increase in humidity.
