要約(英語): Basic algorithm for equitable distribution of wind power curtailment has been developed. The algorithm based on wind power forecasts and mathematical programming consists of four major phases: annual curtailment plan, plan for the next day, plan for the current day and revisions of annual plan. The validity of the algorithm has been demonstrated by simulations.
