要約(英語): This paper reviews current status and future prospects of radio frequency (RF) filters employing bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonators. First, their fundamental operation is explained, and it is shown how these devices are fabricated with the skillful use of MEMS and thin film technologies in state of the art. It is also shown how high performances are achieved up to now and what are demanded and investigated for further evolution.
