要約(英語): To easily clarify the operation principle of the band-stop type of self-injection locked NRD guide Gunn oscillator, we investigated its equivalent circuit model and calculated various characteristics of the oscillator using the model in this paper. As a result, the characteristics of the measured results conformed closely to those of the calculated results. It was obvious that the operation principle can be derived from the equivalent circuit model.
