要約(英語): Supply chain management is a principle of management of activities that happen between every member in a chain. Information is one of importance factors that helps to keep steady managing. Lack of information or distorted information would cause significant problems for the members. Information sharing between each member in chain is a promising method which can be used to avoid these kind of problems. Therefore, information sharing level should be considered when evaluating a supply chain. This paper develops a framework for containing the effect by information sharing by using network Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) which is one of measure efficiency techniques which is used in several applications. The proposed approach enables firm's manager to find accurate information sharing level for the efficiency of the whole chain.
