要約(英語): It is essential for a patient that condition of a disease is diagnosed by a body temperature that is one of vital information in daily life and a clinical nursing. However, with conventional clinical electrical thermometers, it is much harder to monitor body temperature change in a short time. To solve the problem with management of a body temperature monitoring, so development of continuous long-term body temperature monitoring system is essential for sensing sudden change of a body temperature, this system is able to wipe out the fear of overlooking of an emergency just in case. We have therefore proposed a new clinical electrical thermometer of a wearable neckband device model that does not restrict limbs, where a temperature probe is fixed to a neck. In this study, a most suitable measurement position in a neck surface had verified that it was right side surface central part. We compared a body temperature with our proposed neckband clinical electrical thermometer model and a conventional axillary model, and a temperature gradient of approximately 2℃ was measured. Furthermore, continuous long-term body temperature monitoring with a neckband model which simulated a clinical nursing was verified. As result for, our proposed neckband model needs response time within ten minutes, but it was effective for detecting a high/low temperature change on continuous long-term body temperature monitoring.
