要約(英語): The purpose of this research is to confirm that moving object detection is possible from surveillance camera image using change of DCT signs. First, change of DCT signs are detected between the current frame and the background image. Then, only the changed DCT signs were inversely transformed and binarized. As a result, it was possible to detect the edge part of the moving object. In conclusion, it was found that moving object detection is possible from the change of DCT signs of the surveillance camera image.
