要約(英語): In various industrial fields such as chemistry and steel, efforts are being made to improve productivity by visualizing and analyzing the operating status of data obtained from various manufacturing facilities and their control systems. Therefore, in the future, we believe that there will be more cases where new applications are added to manufacturing facilities and control systems, and the application is applied to different manufacturing facilities and control systems. So we want to avoid duplication of work in data integration between applications and control systems. To solve this problem, we propose a data management platform “Context-based Data Management System” that semi-automatically resolves differences in semantics of data using the context of application data and data-source data. Based on the case where the proposed platform was applied to a chemical plant, it was confirmed that man-hours were reduced by more than 1/3.
