要約(英語): Solar power is not the only attractive energy, but a wind turbine generator is also an attractive energy option from the point of view of reducing double carbon oxide emission. However, to connect the wind turbine generator system to the grid, the independent power producer (IPP) must compensate the power disturbance caused by the wind turbine. Thus, it is necessary to install a power conditioner for stabilizing power disturbance. In this study, the authors have developed a new power conditioner using batteries. The control technique, specifications, circuit configuration, and prototype test results are described.
