要約(日本語): 電気設備の保守管理において，安全性と経済性はトレードオフの関係である。そこで，資産価値を最大化するアセットマネジメントという考え方を用い，機器の故障リスクを定量的に考慮したうえで，安全性を維持しつつ保守費用が最小となるように，定期点検の頻度や機器更新の判定基準を見直す電気設備保守手法を検討した。仮想の工場を対象に，具体的な検討を実施した結果を紹介する。

要約(英語): By using the asset management method, we investigate maintenance method of electrical installation to reconsider the criteria of the frequency of inspections and the replacement of equipments, in order to minimize maintenance cost with keeping safety and considering with the fault risk.In this paper, we introduce the results of this investigation at a typical factory.
