要約(英語): Recently, demand response providing ancillary services has been paid attention in the U. S. and Japan. From the viewpoint of electric power operation, ancillary services consists of operating reserve, spinning reserve, regulation as well as voltage control, generation scheduling, and so on.In this paper, preliminary sensitivity analysis based on the FREC RTO UC Test System is described in order to discuss on evaluation of demand response providing operating reserves. The test system is revised so as to consider Fast DR. The numerical analysis shows possibility of decrease in marginal cost of spinning reserve and total supply cost of electricity.
