要約(英語): The electrical accidents in Japan keep overall a trend of decrease because an insulating safeguards is used and the safety work is performed etc. But its annual fatalities are not zero. On the other hand, the electrical fatal accidents at abroad are larger than those at home. For example, the electrical fatal accidents in U.S. is about 10 times higher than those in Japan. The paper reports the results that the basis of an electrical preventive guide can be proposed from fatal case studies in 1992-1996.
