要約(日本語): 携帯端末を利用した監視システムにおいて，撮影画像が携帯端末の表示領域を越えてしまい，異常発生状況の把握が困難な場合がある．そこで本研究では，我々が提案してきた非注目領域縮小法を適用し，画面が小さい場合でも重要な領域と全体の情報を同時に表示できる監視システムの構築を提案する．本手法により，遠隔地で異常時の状況を迅速，的確に把握することが可能となる．

要約(英語): At the surveillance system using mobile phone, it is difficult to identify the emergency situation immediately from the acquired image by surveillance camera because of small mobile display. We propose a construction of the 　surveillance system which applies the method of reduced image except the region of interest area. This method enables to display the important area and whole image simultaneously on small display. This system allows users to grasp the emergency situations from remote location.
