要約(日本語): 電鉄用変電所の接地抵抗値は、人及び設備保護の観点から双方が満たされた数値でなければならない。JR東日本では管理値を5Ω以下と定め数値管理を行っているが、人及び設備保護を考慮すると当該変電所よって異なる大地抵抗率や電位分布等を考慮し総合的な検証により導出する事が必要となる。そこで本研究では、ＪＲ東日本管内の中でも特に接地抵抗値が大きい信濃常盤変電所をモデルに各種保護の考慮した評価結果を報告する。
