要約(英語): Akita branch office of JR East has done construction of the extending AT feeding or the dropping AT pattern in a long term for replacement of feeding transformer in the substation. We have examined the method of the locating system for AT feeding during the construction. We newly set value Q1 and Q2 as the direction of power supply is inverted at the locating system for the extending AT feeding. On the other hand, we established value Q1 and Q2 for the dropping AT pattern aiming at deciding the point within the interval between the AT and the two-next AT.
