要約(日本語): 従来から、隣接する電車線路からの誘導電圧の影響が懸念されている。そこで、本稿ではき電区分所から得られるデータを基に、誘導されている電圧を確認し、実際に誘導電圧を測定した。次に、電圧が誘起された場合に想定される事象について検討した。具体的には、接触抵抗、接地線電流及び、コンクリート柱抵抗を測定した。最後に、電圧が誘起されている場合に想定される作業例を示し、その再現試験を実施し、対策について検討した。

要約(英語): Maintenance work of electric equipment should be carried out with the line dead and earthed situation. However, maintenance work close to another live line is sometimes inevitable because of the train traffic plan through the night. This paper discusses the phenomena of induced voltage, through the measurements of currents and contact resistances of earthing tool to avoid an incident of electric shock in the procedure of insulator replacement. Also, this paper proposes the countermeasure for the incident.
