要約(日本語): 私達は、RFIDタグを使用して検査データを収集する電車線路モニタリングシステムを開発した。今回、状態監視及び事故時の早期復旧を目的に、配電線路モニタリング用RFIDタグ（配電線路設備の保安機器の監視するタグ）を開発した。通信試験の結果、走行する列車で保安機器の動作状態を監視し、高圧配電線路の停電情報を収集できることを確認した。

要約(英語): In this paper, for the purpose of monitoring the condition and prompt restoration of distribution in case of accidents, we have developed the RFID tags (the tags for monitoring the safety devices of high voltage distribution line) for distribution line monitoring, which can be used the a conventional overhead line monitoring system. After conducting communication tests, it was confirmed that the operating status of safety devices can be monitored and power interruption information of the distribution line can also be collected from inside a travelling train with our new monitoring device.
