要約(日本語): 東海道線湯河原変電所において、特高遮断器ガス圧力センサー故障が発生した。　当該変電所では、機器更新より主回路や接地系統の構成変更されており、これによるサージが故障要因として考えられた。そこで、接地等電位化や計装回路の構成について断路器開閉時の接地電位測定や瞬時値解析プログラムによるシミュレーションにより検討を行った。　その結果、保安接地とセンサー回路の機能接地の結合が原因であることが確認された。

要約(英語): A fault of gas pressure sensor occurred at Yugawara substation in Tokaido Line.It was supposed that this problem was caused by amplified surge as change of the main circuit and grounding system for replacement of equipment.In order to identify causes of fault, ground equalizing was experimentally performed.Additionally, the structure of circuit was optimized based on a result of measuring ground potential when operating disconnecting switch and simulation by electromagnetic transient analysis.As a result, it was identified that this problem caused by combining Safety grounding and function grounding.This paper shows the resolution of this problem.
