要約(日本語): 電化柱耐震補強工事では、高じん性化補強を施すため、従前の地震対策として施設された既設の補強鋼管巻撤去を行っている。鋼管巻を撤去したとき、鋼管巻とコンクリート柱の間に充填したモルタルの剥離状態に違いがあった。本研究では鋼管巻撤去前に、事前にモルタルの剥離傾向を判別可能とする指標を得ることを目的とする。

要約(英語): The new seismic reinforcement for concrete pole is introduced in Tohoku Shinkansen area.Current reinforcement pipe and cement have to be removed from a concrete pole before installation of new method. When the pipe is removed, some cement is removed easily, but others are adhered to a pole strongly, it takes a time to be removed. In this paper, the condition monitoring method of cement before removing a steel pipe is considered.
