要約(日本語): 列車運行当日の輸送を支える仕組みは数多くの業務が複雑に絡み合っており、年々システム化が進んできているものの、これらは部分的な作業の支援に留まっており、いまだに人手に多くを頼っている。JR西日本ではこれまでこれら鉄道オペレーションのシステムチェンジを目指した構想の検討を行ってきた。本稿では、この検討を通じとりまとめた新しい仕組みを提案するとともに、その構築に向けた課題について述べる。

For improvement in the further safety and customer satisfaction, we propose a new system which supports whole of the business at the time of disruption of train. We introduce our new concept of this system and its rerated problems.
