要約(日本語): Electrical properties and degradation of two kinds of PI films, all-aromatic(API) and thermoplastic(TPI), immersed in solutions of KOH and HCl weremeasured. Results showed that the　recovery voltage of the as-received API is muchhigher than that of the as received TPI. When the sample was soaked in 1M KOH and1M HCl, the recovery voltage increases with the soaking time,and it reaches 2 or 3 timesas large as its original value, in both cases of API and TPI., It is indicated that TPI　is more resistive tothe degradation caused by solutions of alkali and acid.
