要約(日本語): Due to self-field effect, currents are concentrated in the outer layers of a multilayer superconductor. These imbalance current distribution causes ac losses and current degradation. We have, however developed a theoretical model to insure a homogeneous current distributions in all the layers of a coaxial superconductor considering the effect of return path. According to this model, the pitch lengths of each layer were adjusted in such that the inner layer had longer twisting pitches than the outer layer had. Twist pitch lengths of inner conductor of several layers and vice versa for the outer conductor of several layers were analyzed. All the layers of both of the conductors hold the same directional twist.
