要約(日本語): The moment method based, Numerical Electromagnetic Code (Nec-2) has been used in lightning-related study such as surge analysis or lightning electromagnetic pulse [LEMP] calculation over perfectly conducting ground. The option to simulate lossy ground, however, has not been fully exploited yet. This option is investigated and verified by comparison with the experimental result obtained at a reduced-scale model over lossy ground.
