要約(日本語): In this paper, pulsed MAG welding machine is studied so that welding of thin plates may obtain high speed and improved performance.Firstly, it is proposed that, the phase shifted full bridge DC-DC converter of the power supply for welding machine is the type of reduced conduction losses. Secondly, output waveform control algorithm is studied about the one-pulse one-droplet, a short waveform control for thin plates high speed. Digital control using DSP is able to precision current waveform control. With the power supply for welding machine designed, to be certain operation is right by the computer simulation. Welding machine is constructed, as a result of performance test for thin plates, current waveform is stabilized through full current ranges, graceful bead states is obtained and the spatter generation is reduced greatly.
