要約(日本語): This method aims at determining Giant MagnetoImpedance (GMI) effect in soft magnetic strips (nanocrystalline FeZrNbB ribbons) and films with an automatic and broad band system (100 kHz-100MHz) from the reflection-transmission measurement of the S-parameters of a microstrip test device. The effect of the test device geometry is examined. GMI measurements provide an insight on the high frequency circular/transverse magnetization properties of these strips. Then the measurement error analysis is performed. The technique is fast, easy to implement and accurate compared to other traditional impedance measurement methods.
