要約(日本語): Transient stability problems are becoming more acute with higher loading of transmission network in the environment of open transmission access. As a result, many transient stability preventive control methods have been proposed, in which generation rescheduling is one of the most essential remedial actions. However, little attention is paid to the production cost viewpoint while rescheduling generation to achieve more stable operating condition.In this paper, we propose a method to ensure both security and economy of system operation. In our method, generation rescheduling is based upon the optimal result of stability-constrained optimal power flow (SCOPF). The validity of the proposed method has been examined by solving IEEJ WEST10 model system.
