要約(日本語): Several studies was carry out about the frequency of vibration of water droplets deposited on polymeric material inner an AC Electric field. This paper presents the result of measurement of frequency vibration obtained in the laboratory using a new electro-optical system and do a mathematical comparison whit the theory formulation. Samples were clean silicone rubber sheet of 70mm in length, 25mm in width and 2mm in thickness. The sample was arranged horizontally and metal electrodes were fixed at both ends of it. Only one water droplet was placed on a sample, where the distance between electrodes was 20mm. In the electro optical system, the frequency of vibration was recorded by a laser beam insident on a fotoresistance, this system have a luminous filter due to several light sources affect the correct recorded of laser beam.
