要約(日本語): In this paper, firstly we show new stability conditions of time-varying systems representedby second-order vector differential equations.Then a method synchronizing two parametric LCR resonant circuits is proposed.Stability of the closed-loop system is discussed based on the conditions.The effectiveness of the control method is also discussed by a numerical example.
