要約(日本語): The insulator with silicone rubber surface has a very high flashover voltage under contaminted condition, at least just after the production, because of its hydrophobic surface. This paper describes a part of them, indicanting some of the recent experimental results and making studies on the behavior of water droplet on silicone rubber surface under voltage stress. The experimental setup, sample and methodology used, etc. are practically the same with that reported in the sister paper [3]. We consider three points; The Behavior of Water Droplet under AC Voltage Stress, The Vibration of Water Droplet, the vibration should have a mechanical resonance frequency for each size of water drolet and Flashover Voltage. The authors observed the flashover voltage by changing the frequency of the applied voltage.
