要約(日本語): Vanadyl-phthalocyanine (VOPc) thin films were prepared on two kinds of substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). They are important for optical devices. However, the conditions to prepare good VOPc thin films are not well understood yet. In this paper, the characterization of VOPc thin films prepared on two kinds of substrates by MBE method were done by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and reflection high energy diffraction (RHEED). Moreover, the desorption energy and mean residence time of VOPc molecules deposited on two kinds of substrates were also investigated by Vis/UV spectroscope. The relation between morphology of VOPc thin film and the desorption energy of VOPc molecules deposited on substrates were discussed.
