要約(日本語): The present paper looks at the interrupting duty imposed on a circuit breaker connected with a resistive FCL when a fault occurs between the FCL and a step-up transformer. The results of this study showed that the resistive FCL can be used to avoid the occurrence of delayed current zero. Also, the presence of the FCL makes it possible to use a generator circuit breaker having a lower interrupting capability compared to that in the absence of the FCL.
