要約(日本語): In order to clearly understand the PD mechanism generated by floating metallic particle in Gas Insulation System (GIS), the corona discharge from an elliptical shaped floating metallic particle in quasi-uniform field gap is investigated experimentally and is discussed theoretically. Every experiment was carried out under 60Hz AC voltage in atmospheric air. Corona and breakdown voltages alongwith corona current pulses were measured by changing the particle position with respect to grounded electrode. The obtained results show that corona discharge repersent the interference of positive streamer and Trichel pulses. Furthermore, it was also observed that at the critical distance near the electrode, the corona onset voltage was almost equal to the breakdown voltage.I would like to present and explain the experimental result obtained during this study before the presentation of the paper written by Mr. M. Setoguchi titled as " Quantitave Estimation of Electric Field Fluctuation near a Metallic Floating Particle in Air under AC Voltage ",
