要約(日本語): The repulsive-type magnetic bearing is used to design a balance system for measuring weights of micro-masses because it has many advantages. First, there is no mechanical friction. Second, two permanent magnets are used to achieve the radial levitation and an active bearing with control is used to stabilize the axial direction; this reduces the number of the peripherals devices. Third, it has special features such as soft and constant stiffness for passive control axes. The system consists of two main parts, the shaft part, and the beam part (Fig. 1). The idea of that system relies on transferring the additional weight to the beam control current which expresses the weight value.
