要約(日本語): We proposed a resource planning method for electric utility considering repair cost by combining the modeling method Hobbs proposed and repair cost evaluation method based on the experience.The life cycle of thermal power plants is several decades. In order to make an optimal resource plan in the environment where a lot of old plants exist, we should combine the modeling method Hobbs showed and the repair cost evaluation technique for the long term instead of the conventional method based on heuristics.In this paper, we propose a method to solve the above subject and evaluate its performance.
