要約(日本語): We believe that the system we established is suitable for small wind generator testing to produce reliable power performance curve in practical time and conditions. We clearly saw that power is very much affected by the size of output load connected to it. We noticed an apparent hysteresis in the power performance curve for medium load of 7? and 10?. The reasons of such a hysteretic power curve and its effect on the overall performance of the turbine in natural environment should be thoroughly investigated.
