要約(日本語): The concrete prototype of odor recorder was just firstly developed by us a few years ago . After that, we were successful in recording and reproducing apple flavor by using 8 odor components . In order to record wider range of smells, we have recently developed the new type of odor recording system. The Automatic sampler with the capability of mixing up to 96 odor components has been used as the odor blender in this odor recording system. This system consists of three main parts: 1) Process control & odor recipe modification unit, 2) Odor blender and 3) batch-typed measurement system. In the experiment, the newly-developed system was calibrated in order to ensure the accuracy in the mixing of Automatic sampler and the injected volume to the measurement chamber. The results confirmed that blending and measurement processes of this system worked properly with mixing error and injection error less than 5%.
