要約(日本語): In order to develop the diagnosis technique, the investigation of fundamental discharge phenomena in vacuum interrupter (VI) is essential. In this report, we experimentally investigated discharge phenomena inside VI at low vacuum region to simulate the vacuum leakage. We used glass type VI where the internal pressure and the type of gases can vary according to the requirement. The experiment is conducted under ac applied voltage and the experimental circuit is constructed to simulate the actual circuit used in C-GIS. We used two type of gasses such as air and SF6 gas.The using of the glass type VI also allowed us to measure the discharge occurring in VI optically. Therefore in this experiment we measured the discharge occuring in both gasses by current transformer (CT),ICCD camera and antenna, and we disccuss the phenomena of discharge in low vacuum of VI.
