要約(日本語): In recent years, the application of organic field-effect transistors (OFET) has expanded to radio-frequency identification tags, displays, and sensors. The current benchmark material for high-performance OFETs is vacuum-evaporated pentacene. Polycarbonate has been widely used in the insulating field. In this paper, the polymer being used as a gate insulating polymer is polycarbonate, while for the semiconductor layer, Pentacene is adopted. The relationship between the carrier mobility and the molecular orientations of Pentacene thin films deposited on polycarbonate thin film will be discussed.
