要約(日本語): The goal of the in-company education is to raise the value of Kirkpatrick level ?. However, it tends to stay under the present situation in level ?. The reason for this is that the evaluation element is complicated. We described the method of clarifying training improvement and office practice point by relating the theme treated by the mass lecture and training to level ? in this paper. This was applied to a part of "Brush to Stand" program which is operated to improve electric power engineer's human skill and conceptual skill.
