要約(日本語): Effective assessment of the dynamic performance of the power system requires wide-area information of oscillation signals. To maximize the information content of the captured signals, power system loads in simulations need to be properly designed. Random fluctuation in the loads in power systems is usually driven by white noise. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that the random perturbations in loads can be approximated by the integral of white noise. This paper presents a useful load model excited by the white-noise source. It is shown that the proposed model developed in MidFielder program is practical and is very fruitful for using in studying of power system oscillation identification.
