要約(日本語): Vibration appears at shaft and bearing if something is wrong with the components of the turbine. It is important to detect the vibration before the accident from the viewpoint of introducing the condition based maintenance (CBM). The vibration signals using have been analyzed the wavelet transform and the independent component analysis.This paper shows the estimation of frequency, amplitude and phase by using the interpolated fast Fourier transform (IpFFT) to heighten the accuracy of CBM. IpFFT can overcome short-lange leakage and long-lange leakage, which result from FFT.
