要約(日本語): Water blooms (also refer as cyanobacteria blooms) as an environmental pollution threaten the health and normal living of human being all over the world. In recent years, water blooms occur on the surface of water bodies frequently and extensively due to eutrophia and earth warming. However, there is no an effective method to deal with it yet.Use of pulsed streamer discharge in the gas to realize bacterial decontamination has been a firmly established method [7]. Accompany with the application of this kind of discharge in liquid development, pulsed streamer discharge have been used to realize water sterilization. In this paper, a new method of the prevention of the water blooms using underwater streamer discharge was reported.From the results of experiments in laboratory, the cyanobacteria cells sank to the bottom of the water vessels.The results of transmission electron microscope (TEM) observation show that the discharge caused the gas vesicles (GVs) - the intercellular structure of water-blooms forming cyanobateria cells - collapsed and didn’t affect the other part of contents of the cells.
