要約(日本語): Soft magnetization of Fe70Co30 film is a key technology for gigahertz bandwidth application, and requires thin film materials with high saturation magnetization and high anisotropy field. Such properties are particularly important for achieving higher ferromagnetic resonance frequency. In search of these two magnetic factors, the magnetic properties of Fe70Co30 of thousands Angstroms in thickness evaporated onto an Fe20Ni80 layer of a few tens lattice parameters in thickness was examined.
