要約(日本語): As a clean energy source, the Photovoltaic (PV) generator has been studied with keen interest, and many PV models in ATP, Saber, Matlab (m files) have been put forward, usually using MSX-60 PV Module as research-object. In this paper, an accurate PV module (SPG1786T-02E) electrical model is presented based on the Shockley diode equation. The general model was implemented on Matlab Simulink and can be used in SimPowerSystems, the model accepts irradiance and ambient temperature as input variable parameters, outputs the PV I-V characteristic, and also can be used to calculate PV Power-Voltage characteristic, current and voltage at Maximum Power Point (MPP) etc.The PV characteristic curves calculated by Matlab model show good correspondence to the manufacturer’s published curves.
