要約(日本語): In this paper the NOx removal process by microplasma generated by a pulsed power supply consisted in a Marx generator is investigated. An experimental Marx generator with MOSFET switches was used as pulsed power supply. The microplasma reactor consisted in four electrodes from perforated metallic plates covered with dielectric material. NO 600 ppm, C2H4 3500 ppm, O2 5% and N2 balance was used as simulated exhaust gas. The NO removal efficiency increases with the increase of discharge voltage and frequency. Energy efficiecy is comparable with those obtained in a conventional plasma reactor.
